What to Pack for a Beach Getaway

With summer under a month away the one thing I’ve got on my mind: the beach. We’ve had a long winter here in Maine, luckily I was able to escape most of it! I hope wherever you are you were able to run away and catch some rays.

Simple ModernWhether you are planning a sunny getaway or just a weekend at the beach I’ve rounded up my beach essentials. Check out my favorites below!

Beach Essentials

1. Ascent Simple Modern Water Bottle || 2. JBL Portable Splashproof Speaker || 3. Maaji Hotel California Swimsuit  || 4. Silver Bow Sandals || 5. Floral Embroidered Sun Hat || 6. Beach Towel || 7. Cover Up || 8. Beach Tote || 9. Beach Cooler Bag || 10. Float || 11. Foster Grant Mirror Sunglasses (Steal) || 12. The 5th Mirror Sunglasses (Splurge) || 13. Supergoop Everyday Sunscreen

These are my go-to’s, my can’t live withouts. They are in my suitcase for every trip and in my beach bag for every beach day. Ascent by Simple Modern (water bottle) is new to the party and it quickly made its way into my bag. Who am I kidding, I carry it with me everywhere. Ascent keeps cold beverages cold for 24 hours and hot beverages hot for up to 8 hours! It’s also leak proof which is a must, especially when traveling with so much equipment. The last thing I need is for my water bottle to spill on a plane, all over my camera gear or in my beach bag! Use discount code SML15ASC for 15% off of your very own Ascent or other Simple Modern water bottle!

There you have it! What are your beach go-to’s and can’t live withouts? I am always looking for more stuff to add to my overweight suitcase 😉
